Our Environmental Commitments

The House Clearance Company is committed to minimising waste to landfill and our impact on the environment with less than 75% of the waste we collect going to land fill. We segregate recyclables (such as wood, metal, WEEE Plastics) for separate disposal at dedicated recycling facilities. Mixed general waste that is not easily segregated is taken commercial waste transfer stations that prioritise recycling and waste to energy incineration

WEEE REGULATIONS

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations came into force in January 2007 throughout the UK. The Regulations are designed to minimise the environmental impact of electronic and electrical goods, by increasing the collection, re-use, recycling and recovery of WEEE and reducing the amount going to landfill. The House Clearance Company take these responsibilities seriously.

Our WEEE Disposal service is quick, safe and abides strictly to the advice from the Environment Agency.

We remove all the items you request, such as TVs, Fridges, Freezers, Washing Machines, Dish Washers, and Boilers.
